Cynthia Turner has 40 years of experience in international health, development, and human trafficking.

Ms. Turner is the lead executive for SeraphimGLOBAL and the Executive Vice President of Medical Service Corporation International (MSCI), our partner corporation. Founded in 1996, SeraphimGLOBAL has played a leading role in combating human trafficking through a public health and human rights approach. SeraphimGLOBAL conducts evidence-based research to inform policy-makers, social scientists, and service providers about vulnerable populations and effective prevention strategies.

Ms. Turner has designed, implemented, and executed programs in health and social services for vulnerable populations in Africa, Middle East, and Central America. Additionally, she has developed and managed initiatives that include public awareness of human trafficking including child labor and sexual exploitation, legislative and policy priorities for the protection of trafficking survivors, violence prevention, and aftercare services for victims and street children in the United States and 12 countries.

Ms. Turner has a background in broadcast journalism and is a recognized expert and sought-after speaker across the country and abroad on issues related to gender-based violence, human trafficking, and violence prevention.
