Ascent 121 is a faith-based, non-profit agency with a mission of addressing domestic human trafficking through clinical services, aftercare, awareness, outreach and discipleship. We provide a full continuum of care for survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation including: diagnostic and evaluations services, intensive home-based therapy and casework. We offer a residential Impact Program, and aftercare support group. Once their initial treatment is completed, it is important for the girls to stay connected. Our aftercare program is a weekly support group where girls continue building leadership and life skills, community engagement, public health awareness and discipleship.
