Kate has 29 years’ experience in working in all aspects of discrimination law (employment, services, education, transport and media). This includes a specialist practice in sexual harassment and vilification.

Kate advises on the application of international human rights laws in domestic law. She has been involved in a number of matters involving modern slavery and compliance strategies to address slavery in supply chains.
