Experience, Background and Services:
I have worked in Senior Food Chain Commercial Roles for the last 25 years in various Manufacturing, Agricultural, Foodservice & Retail roles, focused on Commercial Sales, Senior Strategic Procurement, Food Compliance & Integrity, & Food Supply Innovation. I have also developed and sold my own award-winning food companies. I am the former UK Young Agri-Consultant of the Year, Shell UK Entrepreneur of the Year Runner-Up, Fellow of the Institute of Food Science & Technology, and former Dragons Den contestant amongst many awards and accolades.
My recent career has been spent building and offering supply chain mapping solutions, and since 2015 has been leaning towards helping companies and their associated supply chains demonstrate compliance to the Modern Slavery Act.
We have recently partnered with recognised Modern Slavery charity Unseen to deliver the deployment of new standard 'Back2Source' to the food industry, and keen to work with any food companies around the word wishing to map, manage and mitigate their risks in the aspect of social compliance.
