We envision a world where no child is bought or sold. Through survivor-led programs we work to end commercial sexual exploitation of children.
Experience, Background and Services:
My Life My Choice focuses on 3 areas: exploitation prevention, provider trainings, and survivor mentoring. We focus on youth, and anyone under 18 can be referred to our mentoring program. Services are voluntary and only stop if a mentee so chooses, regardless of age. Our prevention groups are designed for youth who identify as female, and our curriculum is evidence based. We train any and all youth-serving providers and are always looking to expand our reach geographically.
Since our inception in 2002, we've trained over 15,000 providers, ran prevention groups with more than 2,300 youth in 33 states, and mentored around 550 girls in the Greater Boston area.
