Successful claim for damages at the Central London Employment Tribunal with judgment for just under £22,000 for a Slovakian national working as a cleaner who was found to be dismissed by her employer, a West London Hotel, by reason of her pregnancy. Also succeeded in recovering £10,000 of costs from the Respondent due to their abusive and unreasonable conduct of the litigation.
