Experience, Background and Services:
Description
I am the Director of Over Watch Security, we provide specialist counter human trafficking and modern slavery advice, seminars and workshops. We are also active on rescue missions operating in the UK and Sub Saharan Africa.

Background
I have16 years of British Military experience and 12 years Executive Protection and Lecturer with deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, West Asia and Sub Saharan Africa, where I focused on discouraging conflict and assisting displaced residents. As a Conflict Management and Use of Force Lecturer, I have provided critical training to various organizations. I have worked with NGO's across Africa dedicated to mitigating against human trafficking.

Experience
My journey into the field of human trafficking and modern slavery began 8 years ago, I then strengthened my knowledge with training at the Children’s Rescue Initiative (CRI) in the USA. CRI is a prominent organisation dedicated to rescuing children from trafficking and slavery. Through their comprehensive training programs, I acquired critical skills in identifying, rescuing, and rehabilitating victims of trafficking.

As a Human Trafficking Rescue Operator, I have been directly involved in the rescue of hundreds of children, women and vulnerable adults from trafficking and modern slavery. These operations have taken me to various regions, where I have worked closely with local law enforcement, NGOs, and community organisations to ensure the safety and well-being of survivors. Each rescue mission has reinforced my dedication to this cause and highlighted the urgent need for specialised knowledge and strategic intervention.

In addition to hands-on rescue operations, I have conducted numerous workshops on human trafficking, slavery, and migration across the globe. These workshops have targeted diverse audiences, including local authorities, police, community leaders, and the general public. My aim has always been to raise awareness, impart critical knowledge, and build local capacities to combat trafficking and support victims effectively. Through these engagements, I have gained a deep understanding of the cultural, social, and economic factors that drive trafficking and migration in different contexts.

Currently, I serve as a security lecturer in the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa, where I educate future professionals on various aspects of security, including human trafficking and organised crime. My academic role allows me to merge theoretical knowledge with practical insights from my field experience, providing students with a holistic understanding of these complex issues. I believe that education is a powerful tool in the fight against trafficking, and I am committed to equipping the next generation of leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to make a difference.
